Q: Can I get the free subscription gifts without subscribing?
A:
Unfortunately free gifts are only available when you subscribe.
However, you may start a subscription at any issue and still
receive the free gifts.
Q: I have already sent a request to subscribe – has this
been processed yet?
A: We always ensure that new subscriptions
are processed as soon as possible in order to minimise the
waiting period for the first delivery. However, due to the large
number of subscriptions we receive this can sometimes take several
working days. Once your subscription has been processed you will
receive a confirmation letter or email. If you do not receive
confirmation please contact our Customer Services team. If you
are paying by Direct Debit the first payment will be taken 13
days after the subscription is processed, and all credit/debit
card payments will be taken within seven working days.
Q: I have submitted two orders online
but I only want one. What do I need to do?
A: As long as the subscriptions were in that
same name one of them will be automatically discarded.
Q: When will I receive my
subscription or back issues?
A: When
payment has been debited delivery should be within a maximum
of 21 days.
Q: Do I have to subscribe again after my
first payment?
A: No,
payments will continue to be taken until you request that your
subscription is cancelled.
Q: I want to cancel, what do
I need to do?
A: You can write,
phone or email us to let us know you wish to cancel your subscription.
We require 28 days’ notice,
and request that any remaining credit be used up.
Q: My magazines
or free gifts were damaged when they arrived in the post,
what do I need to do?
A: If you are a subscriber,
please could you inform us of your subscriber code and we can
send a replacement. You may be required to return the damaged
item to us using our freepost address.
